This year, Chowman is making waves once again with the return of its much-loved Oriental Seafood Festival, inviting seafood enthusiasts across Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad and Chennai to experience an unforgettable culinary celebration. Launching on 22nd July 2026, the month-long festival features over 18 specially curated seafood delicacies, crafted by Chowman’s expert chefs using authentic Oriental techniques and premium ingredients. From succulent lobster and tender octopus to fresh salmon, pomfret, shrimp, squid and crab, every dish promises an explosion of bold, savoury and umami-rich flavours.
On the menu are a variety of starters and sides along with the quintessential rice, noodles & main course. Appetizers comprise of Dynamite Shrimp, Seafood Dumplings with Chilli Oil, Deep Fried Octopus in Sambal-Oelek, Smokey Chilli Butter Garlic Whole Crab, Kolkata Style Chilli Pomfret, Lobster in Pepper Garlic Sauce, Salmon in Teriyaki/Butter Garlic Sauce and more. The main course comprises of a plethora of seafood items such as Butter Chilli Garlic Seafood Noodles, Shrimp Chahan Rice, Butter Garlic Crabmeat, Crispy Fried Beckti in Sauce of Your Choice and many more to relish.
