The most-loved duck festival is back this December, bringing a flavorful lineup of slow-cooked duck dishes, roasted duck specials, and the best oriental flavors of the season available in all Chowman outlets in Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai & Hyderabad.
Chowman is serving over 19 exquisite duck dishes, each crafted with authentic techniques and winter-perfect flavors. Start off with crowd favorites like Duck Gyoza, Kolkata Style Chilli Duck, Whole Duck in Sauce, and Chinese Braised Duck with Young Ginger—all flavor-packed and perfect for the season.
The main course takes the excitement up a notch with hearty staples like Butter Chilli Garlic Duck Noodles, Tangra Style Duck Rice, and Thai Style Duck Meat Meifoon. For roasted duck lovers, must-tries include Schezwan Orange Roasted Duck, Hangzhou Style Roasted Duck, and Roasted Duck in Chilli Pineapple Sauce.
